These complementary services are included in the rental price:
- Linens and towels. For stays longer than 7 nights there will be a change of clothes midweek.
- Equipped kitchen: cutlery, plates, glasses, pans, saucepans, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and other kitchen utensils.
- Living-dining room with TV and wifi.
- Cleaning set: kitchen cloth, scourer, cloth, mop, dustpan and broom.
- Iron set: ironing board and iron.
- Right to use the electrical appliances included in the price.
- Two baskets of firewood for the fireplace or stove. For each additional carrycot, five euros will be charged.
2. USE OF ACCOMMODATION.
The use of the accommodation will be limited to the number of people declared by the tenant when hiring the rental. Any modification of said number must be previously approved by the lessor.
The client and his authorized companions must behave in a civic manner and respecting the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence in the community in which the accommodation is located outside the legally limited hours, such as loud music, noise or parties, and that cause well-founded complaints from the neighbors, will be grounds for immediate vacating of the accommodation.
4. PROPERTY DAMAGE.
The client undertakes to take proper care of the furnished accommodation and its surroundings at all times, responding to any deterioration or loss that may occur in them.
5. INPUTS AND OUTPUTS.
The time of entry into the accommodation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. of the day of arrival, and the accommodation must be vacated before 12:00 p.m. of the day of departure. If this departure time is not met, the accommodation will be understood to be extended for one more day.
6. LEAVING THE ACCOMMODATION.
Failure by clients to comply with any of the prohibitions established in this regulation will empower the landlord to terminate the contract and demand that the accommodation be vacated. The landlord may seek the assistance of the agents of the authority to vacate the accommodation to the users in said event, as well as when they fail to comply with the internal regulations or intend to access or remain in it for a purpose other than the normal use of the service, in accordance with
established in the Tourism Law that regulates the sector.
a) Introduce furniture into the accommodation or carry out works or repairs in it, no matter how small, without written authorization from the lessor.
b) Housing a greater number of people that is contemplated in section two above.
c) Carry out the accommodation activity in the accommodation, or use it for purposes other than those for which it has been contracted.
d) Introduce explosive or flammable materials or substances or others that may cause damage or annoyance to the other occupants of the property.
e) Carry out any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime.
f) Unauthorized use of devices that significantly alter the consumption provided for in the supplies.
g) Organize parties inside the accommodation.
h) Introduce animals in the accommodation unless prior permission has been obtained from the landlord.
i) Respect the prohibition of smoking in the accommodation.
j) Introduce firewood or other flammable materials in the accommodation not authorized by the lessor.
8. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USERS OF THE TOURIST ACCOMMODATION.
a) Observe the safety, coexistence and hygiene regulations in the previous clauses of this contract.
b) Respect the establishment, the equipment and its facilities.
c) Make the payment of the price of the accommodation before before the occupation.
9. DELIVERY OF ACCOMMODATION.
The client agrees to return the accommodation in the same conditions in which it was delivered. He will make sure to empty the rubbish, leave the dishes clean and empty the refrigerator on the day of departure. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, the client will be billed the amount of fifty euros for supplementary cleaning.
